Processing Time:
All orders have a turnaround time (TAT) of 7-17 business days before they are shipped. This processing time allows us to carefully prepare and fulfill your order.

Shipping Time:
Shipping time is not included in the processing time. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

Please note:

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs for international orders.

• You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
